Aww.. yuks! I failed. The looks it's really bad, but wait the taste is still tasty though.
I know i should try it again to fix the looks, but you can try it at home. And maybe yours is more good than mine.
Ingredients:
I (Caramel)
- 40gram Granulated sugar
- 1tbsp water
II (custard)
- 3 eggs
- 300ml milk
- 60gram granulated sugar
Steps :
I (caramel)
- Mix sugar and water in the saucepan
- than simmer until the sauce is browned
- you don't have to use spoon, so you can tilt the pan to mix it.
- pour the caramel into the heat-resistant cup
II (custard)
- add 2 teaspoon of water in the saucepan to dilute the caramel, heat the milk for 2 min just until it warm.
- in the other bowl, beat the eggs until it combined but not foamy,
- mix it with a granulated sugar
- gradually add the milk mixture
- and strain through a strainer to make it smooth
- pour the egg mixture over the sauce in the cups
- the cover it with alumunium
- then cook it on low heat for 20-25 minutes
