French Fries
How about it? is it looks tasty? my friends told me that it really looks tasty. So im kinda happy, because I'm not really good at cooking. But i really want to try this one because i got the recipe from my dear big sister. And i guess well done for me, i feel like an expert now ..(LOL)

Ingredients:
- cold water(air dingin)
- seasoning(bumbu perasa)
- potato(kentang)
- starch(tepung kanji)

Steps :
- Cleaned up the potato and cut into a small pieces. oh and don't peel the potato skin because it will be the tasty part. (bersihkan kentang dan potong menjadi kecil-kecil, oh dan jangan kupas kulit kentangnya karena itu akan menjadi bagian yang enak)

- then, boiled the potato until it half cooked, then lift and put it in cold water. (kemudian, rebus kentang hingga setengah matang, kemudian angkat dan masukkan dalam air dingin)
- after several minute, mix the potatoes with the seasoning and then wait until it sodden. (setelah beberapa menit, campurkan kentang dengan bumbu perasa dan tunggu hingga bumbu meresap)
- and then put in the strach, mix it, after that fry until it cooked. (dan kemudian masukkan kedalam tepung kanji, aduk hingga rata, setelah itu goreng hingga matang)

Just try it at home~ ..
I'm sure you won't regret it, because I don't :)

Custard Pudding
Aww.. yuks! I failed. The looks it's really bad, but wait the taste is still tasty though.
I know i should try it again to fix the looks, but you can try it at home. And maybe yours is more good than mine.

Ingredients:
I (Caramel)
- 40gram Granulated sugar
- 1tbsp water

II (custard)
- 3 eggs
- 300ml milk
- 60gram granulated sugar


Steps :
I (caramel)
- Mix sugar and water in the saucepan
- than simmer until the sauce is browned
- you don't have to use spoon, so you can tilt the pan to mix it.
- pour the caramel into the heat-resistant cup

II (custard)
- add 2 teaspoon of water in the saucepan to dilute the caramel, heat the milk for 2 min just until it warm.
- in the other bowl, beat the eggs until it combined but not foamy,
- mix it with a granulated sugar
- gradually add the milk mixture
- and strain through a strainer to make it smooth
- pour the egg mixture over the sauce in the cups
-  the cover it with alumunium
- then cook it on low heat for 20-25 minutes

Hey, this is me again, Your future pro patissier (LOL).
I want to present you happy soda.
Maybe one of you have know this drink, but I want to share it to someone who still don't know this tasty and sweet drink.
the ingredients and step is so simple. And I guess anyone can make this so easily.

So... here the Ingredients:
- Sprite
- Syrup
- condensed milk
 Steps:
- Mix all together as you like and don't forget to put an ice cube for the cool sensation.
- You can put jelly or something you like too.

 So That's it! Easy right?

Cupcake Brownies
First Cupcake Brownies made by Future Patisier ;)
Hello guys, I'm Regina. I always have a dream to be a proffesional patissier someday.
And this is my first time make a cupcake brownies. And it's done so well.
My moms,dad and friends like it.

I like to share the recipe with you guys, and don't forget to try it at home :)

Ingredients:
I) - Chocolate bar 180gram
- Butter 225gram
- Sugar 180gram
- Eggs 3bh

II) - Wheat Flour 210gram
- 2 tea spoon emulsifier
- 1 tea spoon vanilli
- 2 tea spoon salt
Steps:
1) Melt the chocolate bar and butter and then cool it briefly,
2) Stir the chocolate dough with sugar until it evenly,
3) Then, put the eggs one by one, stir until it evenly more or less than fiveteen minutes
4) Put the Ingredients II that has been sifted together, put it slowly while stirring.
5) After that, put in the cupcake mold and oven it.
6) ornamental as you please.
